Terms & Conditions — Yoga & Hike Retreat (Ardennen)

1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants of the Yoga & Hike Retreat (hereinafter referred to as “the Retreat”), organized by Ines Schots (“the Organizer”).
By booking and participating in the Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellations by participants
Cancellations made before November 22, 2025: 50% refund of the total fee.
Cancellations made on or after November 22, 2025: no refund.
2.2 Cancellations by the Organizer
If the Retreat must be cancelled due to insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, extreme weather, or force majeure), participants will receive a full refund of the participation fee paid.
The Organizer is not responsible for any additional costs such as travel, insurance, or accommodation outside the retreat dates.
3. Health & Safety
Before booking, please share any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or mobility considerations that might affect your participation.
Our retreats are created to support and nourish body and mind, yet every participant remains responsible for their own health and wellbeing.
If you have any doubts or medical concerns, we recommend consulting your doctor beforehand.
The Organizer cannot be held liable for injuries or health issues that may occur during the Retreat and encourages all participants to have personal travel and/or accident insurance.
4. Responsibility & Liability
4.1 The Organizer is not liable for loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal belongings.
4.2 Participation in all activities is voluntary. Participants are responsible for their own safety and wellbeing.
4.3 The Organizer is not responsible for events beyond their control, including weather, travel disruptions, or other force majeure situations.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1 The Retreat is a safe and supportive space. Participants are expected to act with respect and kindness toward others, the organizers, and the natural environment.
5.2 Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the Retreat without refund.
6. Accommodation & Meals
6.1 The Retreat includes two nights’ accommodation in a shared Ardennes house surrounded by nature.
6.2 Nourishing meals for body and mind are provided throughout the Retreat.
6.3 Bed linen is provided. Please bring your own (bath) towels.
7. Not Included
The following are not included in the retreat price:
Transport to and from the location
Travel and cancellation insurance
(Bath) towels
8. Photography & Media
8.1 Photos and videos may be taken during the Retreat to capture the atmosphere and for promotional purposes.
8.2 By participating, you grant permission for the Organizer to use such material, unless you request otherwise in writing before the Retreat begins.
